We will begin by setting an intention as we find the breath to carry through our class.  During the practice we will add a mix of vinyasa movement (flowing from one asana to the next with your breath) as well as some restorative poses, working to expand, stretch, extend and feel free from disturbances. The class will finish with deep relaxing shavasana and meditation for a clear mind and new energy to send out into the world.

Surya Namaskar to warm up the body, bring flexibility to all muscles and joints, and wake up the nervous system followed by a gentle yet powerful series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and mild inversions.  The practice ends with deep relaxation to bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace to the mind.
